How do I install my outdoor Christmas lights?

I need to install my outdoor Christmas lights on my balcony, but don’t have an outlet outside. Isn’t there some pay to plug them into the outdoor light bulb socket? How do I do it, what do I need to buy?

    At my Appartment Complex,each Year I remove the Entire Light Fitting,and attach my Bare/Stripped Extension cables End Wires,to the Two Wires Hanging from the Balcony Ceiling.Just make sure you use Duck Tape to insulate the Joins.Also turn off all power in your appartment first.

    I believe there is a screw-in socket adapter you can buy at the hardware store. Just be careful you don’t try to plug in too many lights. You might end up tripping the breaker.
